The Recharger-medal is awarded for recharging friendly Portals.
Mechanics[]
The medal counts all XM that has been successfully recharged to that specific Portal. It does not count the XM an Agent puts in through recharging, since there are effectiveness decays at further ranges.

Most Agents will agree that Recharger is the easiest medal to achieve in Onyx, as Resonators 
on Portals decay rather quick. Stock up on Power Cubes 
, especially higher level ones, since they contain a compact amount of XM in just one item. It is also advised to hold onto a nice amount of Portal Keys 
to fully deployed Portals, since they take more time and XM to recharge compared to one-Resonator Portals. Try to avoid a Portal decay past six days, the seventh day can and will break the Resonators on a Portal.
