The Recon medal is awarded to agents participating on the OPR website by rating new portal submissions.
Only those analyses are counted whose ultimate fate matches the agent's rating. Also, the agent's performance rating needs to be "Good" or "Great". Agreements gained when the agent's rating is "Poor" do not count towards the medal.
