The Recruiter medal is awarded for inviting, then helping, other Agents in Ingress. Recruits are only counted when the new Agent reaches L3.
This badge was introduced on 15 January 2015, earlier invites did not count.
The badge is put on "pause" as of 5 June 2019 and new recruits no longer count towards the medal.[1]
